First, for the solvent-free composite “low initial adhesion” characteristics, production operations should pay special attention to the material belt tension matching, winding tension and pressure control.
Second, for the solvent-free composite “coating amount is small” characteristics, special attention should be paid to the coating uniformity, composite uniformity, tightness control of the winding.
Third, for solvent-free composite “curing time is longer” characteristics, should be sensitive to the curing process is actually a two-component adhesive reaction process, the process has a greater impact on the composite quality, therefore, special attention should be paid to the curing conditions (such as temperature, humidity, environment) of the settings, and the curing process monitoring.
Fourth, in the use of two-component solvent-free adhesives, special attention should be paid to the setting and monitoring of the glue mixing ratio, the correct use of two-component automatic glue mixing machine, maintenance and repair, to ensure that it is always in a good state is particularly important.
In addition, the new composite structure adhere to process tests covering “parameter determination, peel strength, glue / ink / material compatibility, heat sealing bag making, friction coefficient changes,” etc., “process tests - - small batch trial production - batch production.
