2.Precise control of production process is required
Solvent-free laminating on the operating temperature, tension matching, coating volume and other process settings need to be accurately controlled, and for different product structures need to set up different production processes, process adaptation range is narrower, more difficult to operate.
3. Higher requirements for operators a qualified solvent-free machine operator needs to have a good sense of responsibility and excellent operating skills, and often the operating experience is summarized from the failure of the experience gained. Therefore, it costs a certain amount of money to train a qualified machine operator.
4. Applicable structure is not extensive. Early solvent-free composite can only be applied to simple plastic-plastic composite, with the continuous improvement of the adhesive and the continuous maturation of the operating process, aluminized film and some of the multilayer structure of the product can also be normal production. But for some of the higher rigidity of the material, the composite appearance is not ideal. There is still to be further improved.
5. Judgment of product quality has a lag due to the solvent-free composite without initial adhesion, the production down can not immediately determine the quality of the situation, we must wait until the maturation of 6 hours to confirm the quality of the product is good or bad. There is a certain quality risk.
