The main reason and treatment method of aluminized transfer phenomenon
(1) The amount of glue is too large. The amount of glue should be appropriate, the amount of glue is too small, will undoubtedly cause the composite fastness is small, easy to peel; but the amount of glue is too large resulting in volatile false dry. Secondly, the amount of glue applied is large, the curing time is long, and the penetration of the aluminized layer is strong. So it should be based on the substrate and use, after a small test to determine a reasonable process parameters, choose a reasonable amount of glue.
(2) Poor curing conditions, mainly curing temperature is too high. Control the curing time, reduce the aging temperature can reduce the transfer of aluminum.
(3) Incorrect glue mixing ratio. Reduce the proportion of curing agent within a certain range can improve the transfer of aluminum plating, the specific method is to work with glue, reduce the amount of curing agent, so that the main agent and the curing agent of the degree of cross-linking reaction has been reduced, thereby reducing the brittleness of the film, so that it maintains good flexibility and extensibility so as to control the transfer of aluminum plating layer.
(4) Incorrect adhesive selection. Select the appropriate or specialized adhesive. In the composite aluminized film, do not use too low viscosity adhesive, because the low viscosity adhesive molecular weight is small, the intermolecular force is weak, the stronger molecular activity is easy to penetrate into the aluminized inside the aluminized affecting the adhesion ability of the aluminized.
(5) Poor quality of the substrate itself. Change the adaptable base material.
(6) The operation tension is too large, which strains the aluminized film and leads to elasticity change, resulting in transfer. Control the tension, when the aluminizing unwinds, the tension must be controlled. The reason is that the aluminized film will stretch under tension, resulting in elastic deformation. Its aluminized layer is accordingly easy to loosen, and the adhesion is relatively reduced.
(7) Residual solvent is too large to damage the aluminum plating, because the aluminized film of the aluminum plating layer is relatively thin, there will inevitably be some pinholes, residual solvent penetration into the aluminum plating layer to destroy the aluminum layer caused by the transfer of aluminum plating.
