Cause analysis: solvent-free composite peeling force is not enough of the phenomenon, the reasons are manifold, the operating level of the glue mixing ratio error (or improper), insufficient amount of glue, curing conditions are not appropriate, etc., the material level of the corona value of the substrate is not enough, improper selection of the glue, glue deterioration, ink or aluminized layer adhesion is not enough, too much solvent residue in the printed film (printing ink does not dry), etc., may lead to the emergence of the phenomenon.
Solution: In view of the diversity of the causes of the phenomenon, the response is also diverse, but if you can do the following points, the chances of the phenomenon will be much smaller.
1, to ensure that the corona value of the composite substrate used to meet the requirements;
2, to ensure that the adhesive used is within the shelf life, and according to the manufacturer's specifications for storage or use;
3, to ensure that the automatic glue mixing machine is in good condition, and regular calibration, to ensure that the proportion is accurate, mixed evenly;
4, to ensure that the printing substrate ink has sufficient adhesion, aluminized film on the aluminized layer sufficient adhesion;
5, determine the amount of glue to meet the peel strength requirements (determined in the process test), and glue as required;
6, to ensure that the composite equipment and ancillary facilities in good condition, the operator in accordance with the specification requirements;
7, to ensure that with the glue, ink, substrate, equipment and other suppliers to maintain open, often good interaction.
