Reason analysis: solvent-free adhesives in some of the added components (such as polyether as a pre-polymer, etc.) and PE film in the smooth agent reaction, resulting in PE film in the smooth agent component is insufficient, resulting in increased friction coefficient of the composite film.
Solution: For the phenomenon of composite products, in the subsequent production of the following initiatives in the reasonable adjustment.
1, control the amount of glue, in order to meet the requirements of peel strength on the basis of the amount of glue, the smaller the better.
2, control the curing temperature, the temperature range between 30 ~ 35 ℃, summer can also be considered room temperature curing.
3, adjust the adhesive, choose the right brand or the right type of adhesive.
4, adjust the substrate, appropriate increase in the PE film in the smooth agent and the amount of opening agent.
