Problems of poor adhesion in solvent-free laminating
Poor adhesion
The 9 major reasons for poor adhesion and improvement measures.
1、Causes
(1) The adhesive is overcoated, and the internal curing of the adhesive is slow.
(2) Insufficient humidification when using one-component adhesive.
(3) Too little coating, incomplete infiltration of the membrane surface.
(4) The ratio of ink to adhesive is not correct.
(5) Separation of two-component adhesive.
(6) Adhesive failure.
(7) A large amount of water or ethyl acetate is mixed in the adhesive.
(8) Low surface energy of the composite substrate.
(9) Excessive toner in the substrate.
2、Improvement measures
(1) Reduce the amount of adhesive coating.
(2) Increase the amount of water vapor.
(3) Increase the amount of coating.
(4) Replace the ink or adhesive.
(5) Precise proportioning.
(6) Automatic reciprocating movement of adhesive injection method.
(7) Replacement of adhesive.
(8) Corona treatment of substrate surface.
(9) Increase the pressure of transfer roller and glue application roller.
(10) Selection of base material with low toner.
